By purchasing Roblox items associated with our experiences, you agree to these terms.
For purchases made through our Discord services (including digital products, roles, perks, or other offerings), we offer a 7-day refund window under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., receipt, transaction ID).
The product or service must not have been fully consumed, used, or delivered in a way that cannot be reversed.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Abuse of the refund system
Completed/custom services that have already been delivered
Violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
